Our Occupational Therapy programs for children and young people on Sydney’s Northern Beaches are purposefully designed to build meaningful, real-life skills in ways that are both engaging and fun. Through school holiday intensives and targeted group programs, we foster confidence, independence, sensory regulation and social communication within supportive, dynamic environments. Each experience is carefully structured to promote participation, connection and skill development that carries beyond the program and into everyday life.

Thrive 4 School!
School Readiness Program - Spring School Holidays 2026
Designed and facilitated by our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team, Thrive 4 School is a School Readiness Intensive Program. This is a fun, play-based and evidence-based Occupational Therapy program designed to help children develop the foundational skills needed for a confident and successful transition into the school environment.
The program is suitable for children preparing to start (or currently in) Kindergarten and aims to support the development of school readiness skills including emotional regulation, sensory processing, social interaction, attention, independence, and motor development.

Dream, Create, Discover!
Craft & Creation Therapy Program - School Term - Term 3, 2026
Designed and facilitated by our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team, Dream Create Discover is an evidence-based, hands-on art and craft program designed for children and teenagers of all abilities. Through fun, hands-on creative activities, we will explore a range of materials and techniques such as painting, cutting, sculpting and more, to support children and teens to develop fine-motor, sensory processing, executive functioning, emotional regulation, social participation skills and so much more!
