Imagine, Build, Belong!

Designed and facilitated by our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team, Imagine, Build, Belong is a 10-week LEGO® Based Therapy school term program combining creativity, collaborative play and real-world skill development in a safe, engaging and neuroaffirming environment.

Through weekly LEGO® building challenges, teamwork and problem-solving experiences, children and teenagers are supported to develop confidence, social connection, emotional regulation, executive functioning and meaningful participation. All through meaningful play!

Cook, Create, Connect

It's back! Designed and delivered by our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team, Cook, Create, Connect is a school holiday program that blends therapy with real-life cooking skills in a safe, fun and engaging environment. Children build confidence, independence, sensory tolerance and social-communication — all through cooking, creativity and connection.

Thrive 4 School!

Designed and facilitated by our Paediatric Occupational Therapy & Speech Pathology team, Thrive 4 School is a School Readiness Intensive Program. This is a fun, play-based and evidence-based Occupational Therapy & Speech Pathology program designed to help children develop the foundational skills needed for a confident and successful transition into the school environment.
The program is suitable for children preparing to start (or currently in) Kindergarten and aims to support the development of school readiness skills including emotional regulation, sensory processing, social interaction, attention, independence, and motor development.

School Readiness Preparation Information Evening

Starting school is a big milestone for both children and families.

Designed together by our Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology team at Enhanced Life, this Parent and Educator Information Evening will explore the key skills that support school readiness, including independence, regulation, fine motor development, play, communication, language and social-emotional skills as well as practical ways you can support your child’s smooth transition to Kindergarten in either 2027 or 2028.

Dream, Create, Discover!

Designed and facilitated by our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team, Dream Create Discover is an evidence-based, hands-on art and craft program designed for children and teenagers of all abilities. Through fun, hands-on creative activities, we will explore a range of materials and techniques such as painting, cutting, sculpting and more, to support children and teens to develop fine-motor, sensory processing, executive functioning, emotional regulation, social participation skills and so much more!

Food, Function & Regulation

Designed by our Occupational Therapy team, in collaboration with a Clinical Nutritionist & Naturopath. This parent evening explores the relationship between nutrition, sensory processing, emotional regulation and functional participation, with practical strategies to support food exploration, attention, mood and behaviour at home.

Cook Create Connect

Designed and run by our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team, Cook, Create, Connect is an 11-week school term program that blends therapy with real-life cooking skills in a safe, fun and engaging environment. Children build confidence, independence, sensory tolerance and social-communication — all through cooking, creativity and connection.

We want to celebrate with you, our Enhanced Life families. This special 10 Year morning tea is free for all families and an opportunity to bring our community together, connect you with families across the Northern Beaches, and celebrate the journey we have shared over the past decade.
