Dream, Create, Discover is an Occupational Therapy-led therapeutic group program.

While participants will engage in a variety of fun art and craft activities, every experience has been intentionally designed by our Occupational Therapy team to target developmental skills such as fine motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication and social participation.

Our focus is not on creating the perfect artwork, but on building skills, confidence and participation through the creative process.
